What are your hours of operation?
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm. We are closed on Fridays and federal holidays. We are closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1pm. Please visit the Contact Us portion of our website for these hours. We have an after hours drop box conveniently located at our back door should you need to drop something off outside of our regular business hours. Please let us know if you are unable to come to our office during our regular business hours and we will be happy to make arrangements in order to best assist you. 204 Washington Avenue, Suite 102B, La Plata, MD 20646 – Please note, we are located in a three story brick office building directly across the street from the District Court of Charles County. Drive slowly so you do not miss us!
How do I rent the community center?
Many of our communities now have interactive websites. If you are a resident of one of the communities utilizing this service we offer, you can now reserve and rent your neighborhood’s community center online through your Community Hub by utilizing your community website login. If you have questions about renting the community center please contact Tatiana Sandoval by emailing email@example.com.

When is my assessment due?
Email email@example.com to request this information for your Association. Please be sure to include your property address in the subject line of your email.
Can I pay my assessment online?
Please visit the “Online Payment” tab in the upper right on the homepage. You may make payment by credit card, using Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa or by E-Check, for your annual assessment. Please have your account number ready to register your account or login using your username and password if you are a returning user. (In most cases your account number is your property number. If you don’t see your account listed, additionally enter the first and/or second letters of your street name). Customer support is also available at the number listed. Who do I contact about my account being referred to the attorney for legal collection?
At the Board’s directive, once an account is referred to the Association’s attorney Maredith Management is unable to discuss the account with anyone. Once the account has been referred to the attorney all communication will take place between the attorney and the homeowner. The attorney will contact us directly if they require clarification regarding your questions or concerns. Please contact your Association’s attorney directly by referring to the contact listed on any letter you may have received from their office. If you need confirmation of attorney contact information please email email@example.com or call our office at 301-843-8111, ext. 0. Please contact the Association’s attorney as soon as possible to avoid any additional fees.
Who is my community manager?

Are payment plans offered to pay my assessment?
Yes. If you are unable to pay your assessment on time please call Maredith Management as soon as possible to set up a payment plan. Ask to speak with an Accounting Representative for a Confessed Judgment Notice (CJN).
How can I obtain a settlement certificate?
Visit http://www.homewisedocs.com/. If you experience any difficulty in ordering your certificate online with condocerts, click on the help button and you will receive assistance.
How can I obtain a resale package?
Visit http://www.homewisedocs.com/. If you are selling your home, Maryland law requires the Seller to provide a resale package to the Purchaser, before, on, or within 20 days of entering into a sales contract. If you live in a St. Charles townhome community, your property belongs to 2 homeowners associations, the townhome association and the master association, and you must provide the Purchaser a legal Resale Package for both associtions. Please ensure that you obtain a Resale Package for each association accordingly.
