Can our association customize its management services?

Yes. Maredith reviews the association’s size, responsibilities, meeting schedule, board involvement, current systems, and priorities before recommending a scope. Services may be structured as full-service management or a more focused level of support.

Do you manage communities of different sizes?

Yes. Maredith has experience with associations ranging from small communities to developments with approximately 2,000 homes. Service availability and staffing depend on the community’s location, complexity, and requested scope.

Do you manage both HOAs and condominium associations?

Yes. Maredith serves homeowners associations, condominium associations, townhome communities, and other forms of community associations.

What services are included in management?

The scope of management depends on the needs of your association. Do you manage communities of all sizes?

Yes. Maredith works with communities ranging from smaller residential associations to large, multi-building developments. Rather than applying the same management model to every association, we consider the community’s size, structure, responsibilities, and operational needs when determining the appropriate level of support.

Can we customize our management package?

Yes. Maredith does not require every association to fit into the same management structure. We work with your board to understand where support is needed and develop a scope that reflects your community’s priorities, level of board involvement, operational responsibilities, and budget.
