Order a Resale Package
Homeowners selling a property may need to provide association documents and disclosures to a prospective buyer.

Request an Exterior Alteration
Planning to make a change to the exterior of your home or property?
Many communities require approval from the Architectural Review Committee before exterior work begins. Requirements vary by association and may apply to improvements such as:
- Fences
- Decks and patios
- Exterior paint
- Roofing
- Landscaping changes
- Sheds
- Solar panels
- Doors and windows
- Other visible exterior modifications
Do not begin work until you have received the approvals required by your association.
Community Access and Amenities
Request a Parking Pass
Some Maredith-managed communities offer temporary or guest parking permits.
Use the parking request form to submit the vehicle and date information required by your community.
Availability and parking rules vary by association.
Register for a Pool Pass
Participating Maredith communities use a digital pool pass registration system.
Homeowners can submit registration information during their community’s annual pool registration period.
Pool access, registration dates, guest policies, and eligibility requirements are established by each association.
Reserve a Community Facility
Does your community offer a clubhouse, meeting room, or other reservable amenity?

Violations and Community Concerns
Respond to a Violation Notice
Received a notice from your association?
Use the designated response form or homeowner portal to provide requested information, documentation, photographs, or confirmation that the matter has been corrected.
Please include:
- Your name
- Property address
- Community name
- Violation reference, if available
- A clear explanation of your response
- Supporting photographs or documents
Report a Possible Violation
Homeowners may report a potential covenant or rule violation occurring within their community.
Reports should include clear factual information such as the location, date, nature of the concern, and supporting documentation when available.
Maredith Management administers each association’s established governing documents and enforcement procedures. Submitting a report does not guarantee that a violation exists or that a particular enforcement action will be taken.

Your current account information can be accessed through the homeowner portal.
Can I make a payment by emailing Maredith?
No. Payments should be submitted through an approved payment method shown in the homeowner portal. Do not email banking or credit card information.
How long does architectural approval take?
Review timelines vary depending on the association, the completeness of the application, meeting schedules, and the type of modification requested. Submit all required documentation and allow sufficient time before scheduling work.
Can Maredith approve my exterior modification?
Maredith facilitates the process established by your association. Approval authority may rest with the association’s board, Architectural Review Committee, or another designated reviewing body.
What should I do if I cannot access the homeowner portal?
Use the homeowner assistance form and select “Portal Access” as the reason for your request. Include your community name, property address, and the email address associated with your account.
Who should I contact about an issue inside my home?
Individual homeowners are generally responsible for repairs within their property unless the association’s governing documents state otherwise. Review your association documents or contact the management team when responsibility is unclear.
