Maredith Management was founded in 1986 and has spent 40 years supporting community associations across Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

We are an Accredited Association Management Company, or AAMC, through the Community Associations Institute. This accreditation reflects established requirements related to professional experience, credentialed management, continuing education, ethical standards, and operational practices.

Our team also coordinates with the association’s attorneys, accountants, auditors, reserve professionals, engineers, insurance representatives, and other qualified advisors when specialized expertise is required.
