What happens after we request a proposal?

A Maredith representative will review the information, ask any necessary follow-up questions, and schedule a conversation to understand the board’s priorities. The team can then prepare a recommended scope and proposal.

Yes. Transition support may include coordinating the transfer of records, owner data, financial information, contracts, vendor details, banking information, and current operational matters. A transition plan is created based on the association’s circumstances.

Maredith provides community-management guidance and coordinates with the association’s qualified professional advisors. Legal, engineering, tax, audit, reserve, and insurance advice should be provided by appropriately licensed professionals.
